PLAYER DEVELOPMENT FRIDAYS
Hello VMHA athletes,
Hope everyone has enjoyed their first few weeks back on the ice and looking forward to more games.
We are excited to offer and invite all our association's athletes further opportunities to work with Colten Hayes at Coast 2 Coast Hockey throughout the season at the Vulcan Arena.
Registration includes 7- 1 hour ice sessions. Each session will focus on different skills ranging from power-skating, puck handling, shooting etc.
The following Fridays have been booked for development camps (9am-12pm). 1 hour sessions for each age group. (U7/U9, U11 & U13). Registration for all 7 sessions is offered to our athletes for $100/Player.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE 2025-2026
2025 VMHA PRE SEASON CAMP OPPPORTUINTIES
Coast 2 Coast Hockey - 2 DAY CAMP
As the hockey season draws near we would like to invite everyone to our pre-season camp, similar to what we have hosted in previous years for all age groups (U7/U9, U11 & U13).
This year's camp will be run by Colten Hayes with Coast 2 Coast Hockey on September 20 & 21 at the Vulcan Arena.
Registration will include 4 on-ice sessions (2 per day). Each 1 hour session will be broken down into a focus area such as power-skating, puck handling and shooting.
An early registration and payment will be discounted to $180/player if received by Aug. 31/25.
Registration and payment received Sept.1/25 or later will be the full price of $200/player.
U11 & U13 PREP SKATES AND CHECKING CLINICS
U11 teams and as such, in accordance with the Hockey Canada/Hockey Alberta U11 Player Pathway, we need to provide four skates prior to evaluations commencing. We have secured K2 Hockey Clinics (Kevin Knibbs) to provide season preparation and checking awareness camps for our U11 players.
The camps will take place September 16, 18, 23 & 25 from 5:00-6:30pm each day.
Evaluations will take place the week of September 29, dates and times to be announced.
These camps are free of charge and highly recommended that everyone attends so please register at the following link by September 14th so we know our numbers.
